“I suffer from Vestibular Migraine with visual aura. I am constantly dizzy, zigzag vision with light sensitivity, like I am floating, up and down. My cognitive function is greatly affected by this illness. I then became severely depressed, anxious, and worried about everything and an emotional mess! The first session was truly impactful for me. I was on medical leave for 8 months and almost a year of having symptoms and not knowing what my medical issue was. “In 2018, I was hit by a car one morning when I was crossing the parking lot at Whole Foods. I must have rolled on the hood but all I remember was being on the ground. The driver that hit me took me to the ER and I was sent home under further observation. My body was in shock and the pain was slowly registering.
