What is Tibetan Vibrational Therapy?

Illustrated positive feedback with arrows

Tibetan Vibrational Therapy has been practiced for thousands of years to improve internal and external health issues, as well as supporting mental and emotional wellbeing.

A session is carried out with the participant laying down, with Tibetan bowls both surrounding and on the participant (s), like a vibrational-sound massage. Each session is unique in that it can take multiple protocols of sound, vibration and note sequencing to focus on one's specific area of healing.

The deep yet gentle vibrations of large Tibetan bowls have the ability to release trauma and stress programs that our physical body, mind, emotions and aura have registered as "our new chemistry". The induction of sound waves promotes deep relaxation or a meditative state wherein our brain can begin to recalibrate to shift from fight flight to rest and repair. This is when deep healing starts.

Available in 60- or 90-minute solo sessions or 90-minute couples’ sessions.
