What is sound healing?

Sound Healing Therapy has been practiced for thousands of years to improve internal and external health issues, as well as supporting mental and emotional wellbeing. The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the cellular level.

The induction of the sound waves promotes deep relaxation or a meditative state.

A session is carried out with the participants laying down and can take multiple forms using a variety of aspects of sound to focus on your healing.
